Cute, flattering and well-made and true to size

This dress, first of all, is true to size.This was recommended in a travel fashion group and I can see why. I'm 5'7", 165lbs, and the L fit great. The length is nice and with the skirt movement, was very flattering. On me, (36C) the neckline was fine, no gaping.The waistband hit very close to my natural waist, which is exactly what I wanted.
